1 This series butterfly valve features reasonable and reliable mechanical structure, strong pressure resistance, reliable opening and closing, positive and negative sealing function. It is not restricted by medium flow direction or ***tial location and can be installed in any way in pipelines.
2 The shaft of this series butterfly valve adopts half shaft structure and the disc adopts truss structure. The shaft and disc are fastened mechanically with pin assembly. The valve features high mechanical strength, small flow resistance, large flow area and energy conservation. Shaft sleeve adopts self-lubricating tin bronze with small friction coefficient(£¼0.16£©£¬ easy to open and close.
3 This series butterfly valve adopts double eccentric sphere sealing structure. At the time of closing, disc sealing face moves towards the body seal ring with eccentric shift for the purpose of squeezing seal, ensuring uniform pressure on the seal ring and reliable seal. At the time of opening, disc seal face can departs from the body seal ring as long as the disc moves a small angle, reducing the friction between the seal faces and ensuring durability of the valve.
4 Valve body seal ring is made of stainless acid-proof steel and fixed mechanically on the body. Disc is sealed by stainless acid-proof steel. Disc seal face is sphere¨Cshaped and characteristic of corrosion-resistance, no scale, no aging, no wear, durability and long service life.
5 Axial seal check hole is arranged at the joint of driving device and valve. Axial seal can be adjusted or replaced through check hole without removing the driving device and other components. Shaft is sealed by flexible graphite characteristic of small friction coefficient, no aging and durability.
